More than anything it's just nice to hear how some of you go about making the music I've listened for quite some time now.
And Topher - I've definitely heard nothing but good things about Logic from people who use it regularly. It's the stock music production program on campus here, so there might be some solid resources for it here. Will definitely be giving it another look as I haven't even tried to tackle it in years. |

The concept of producing in Ableton totally blows my mind. I wouldn't even know where/how to start, but apparently it's pretty easy as far as software goes :conf:
Pretty big fan of Logic, I've only used 8 and I know there's lots of people for and against 8 in comparison to 7. Have you ever tried checking those out? |

Yeah, what is the deal with audio rendered out of live sounding so different from what is monitered during the normal use?
Granted this is not what it is generally best for, but I remember running a soundbyte for a film through live to make use of some of its built in effects, and the resulting bounce was just wholly unusable. |
