What do you think of the Macbook Air?

Was released a few weeks ago or more, anyway I just want to know people's what opinions are and if anyone actually owns one/or is planning to get one?

| hahah, well anyway, i don't think the macbook air is too usefull, it is a kool achievement to have such a small laptop that can do basic things, but its pretty limited in my opinion. |

It panders to the 15 year old girl niche whom beg their dad to get it for them because it's cute and then get upset when they can't stick their Simple Plan cd into it. |

Ew, I don't want it, dude. I just wondered if anyone does, because so far most people have said they wouldn't get it so I wanted to know what the people of TA thought...that's all.
And screw Simple Plan, they suck. :D |

I played around on one the other day in class (a kid who constantly gets the "newest" technology had one - nice kid though, I think he might deal drugs :p) and it just didn't "feel" like a laptop.
It doesn't feel "cheap" per se, it just doesn't feel worth the money it costs - an the port configuration on it/lack of an optical drive make me think the people who are buying them are crazy. |
