Guys,
Just got Photoshop CS3 today. Finding it hard to understand!
Basically, im trying to do a chop the way u guys would do on here, ie: chopping someones head onto someone elses body lol.
I am able to cut around the head using the lasso tool. Where do i go from here? I cant drag the selected area onto the other pic i have opened, i take it this is where layers come into it?
Can one of u guys talk me through it?
Thanks in advance!

Use the move tool. It'll move the current layer. It's the top right in the toolbox thingy. |

| make sure your layers palette is open so you can see that it's pasting as a new layer. as long as it's on its own layer you should be able to move it around freely with the move tool. |

| Also using magnetic lasso tool (right click on lasso tool) it's a bit easier to cut out parts. |

OK, its moving, what do i need to do to adjust the size of the image pasted across?
