To rectify this mishap, the labels are being reprinted but have not been received yet. In an effort to keep you informed and get the product to you as soon as possible, we have decided to ship the units with the incorrect label. Your order will be shipped from Resonance on Tuesday, 18 March. Then, in a few weeks you should receive a sticker label that can be applied directly over the misprinted label.
The delay is in no way at the fault of Resonance or Sasha and we hope you continue to place orders for Sasha merchandise through the online store. |
