| Hi guys i want a soft to cut big audio files (mainly radio or live sets) into individual tracks, right now i am using Movie maker but it's really crap cause its timing dosn't match the other softs timing like WMP (for example a track that lasts two hour will be displayed as lasting 2 hours and half in movie maker and then all the cutting job will be wrong and useless) So can you make suggestions, also can cue files be used for that purpose ? |

you need a file splitter. google that and check out which ones suit you best.
a cue files useful to fast forward to cue points in one file while playing or splitting up a track into smaller track when burning. i'm not sure if a file splitter can use it to split a file at those points. |

Note though splitting files that are copyright protected would be a violation of Swiss/International Copyright law, which would make you liable to fines of between $20,000 and $40,000... and that is a lot of hoars worth of money per track hell you can get married for that much.
Although it should be noted and I know you didn't ask this that the RIAA is owed more money than exists in all the universe.. shhh! just don't let them know where you live and use a "friends" computer .. if you know what I mean. -- cause i sure as hell don't. |
