i agree on the cultural thing
i used to think it was just the media but im in Riga right now watching it all over CNN and BBC and i doubt there are many school shootings here. |

| my theory - its a certain generation of parents that f'ed up (I mean, a greater frequency of such parents) and that's why we're having more shootings now. their kids have grown up and they are ups. |

no theres worse up parents in other countries
i think its because we are a puritanical society that forbids sex on tv but loves violence
more boobs less blood imo |

hmm.. where are you getting that info or opinion from about other countries? surely TV violence could be a cause.

well really i just meant that there is the same amount of family disfunction in other countries if not more
one thing thats diff though, is in other countries its ok to correct or discipline other peoples children
i think we need more of that in the united states. |
