other than the vestax you wont find one. the reasoning is there are no other "home" vinyl cutters out there. professionals send it out to be done. there are only a couple ways to make vinyl's. if you want to know how there was a, "howd they do it" type of show that had an episode about how they are made.

Thats not entirely true, there is older models out there, a coworker had recently sold one on ebay. Really hard to find though

well im not saying he wont find one at all if he waits around...but he obviously wants one in the very near future. he doesnt want to wait around for years when someone FINALLY gives up their baby.
jdat: haha yeah...thats what most people do. its more expensive in the short run but in the long run if you end up making more than 2 or 3 copies its worth it.
