Sports betting
The_G0dfather
I've never done any online betting before but i've been checking out this site lately (bet365.com) and it seems like theres some nice money to be won over there. You just gotta know what you're putting your money.

I figured, with everything i know about football, i might as well use my knowledge to maybe earn some money with it. I know how that sounds but you know what i mean. Sometimes a big team is up 3-1 with 5 mins to play and they're still ranked 1.20. so if you bet 50 euros
thats still a nice amount of money to b won.

Anyhow, do any of you guys have any experience with online betting and what sites would you recommend for, especially for football games.

I do a few football coupons every weekend.

Moreso to make the scores a bit more interesting on the saturday. Usually put ten pounds into my paddypower account each weekend and break that up into a few bets.

I usually just pick anything from 4-12 winners a coupon.

£2 on 10 winners can get you back anything from £500-£1500 usually

I'll put a safety bet on as well. Like picking 3/4 teams to win which will return £15-£30 just so I can get my money back..

So far I've won once and i've been doing it since the start of the season. Definately brightens up my saturdays tho.

nearest I came to a big win was when I had £5 on 11 teams for a return of £3000. Got 10 predictions spot on but rangers got beat at home to hibernian, gutted isn't the word!.:whip:

Sure does bright up the weekend! I usually do multi legs I pick 4-5 games of usually football but throw in the occasional tennis games to spice it up. I know the feeling chesco, gutted isn't the word. The only thing is it gets addicting and almost every week I feel I need to go for a punt.

you should try betting on american football with the spread

the less you know about american football, the better chance you have to win :toothless

Ok, i just registered an account at bet365.com.

What i'm wonder now is this: when i want to put some money onto my online account over there, do i have to go to my local bank in order to transer money or will they (bet365) automatically withdraw it from my savings account when i enter my card number and the amount.

I don't have an account with bet365 but there should be an option where it takes money from your savings card.

I wouldn't even know who to pick for NFL, the NBA however would be good as I know a few teams. Football is the hardest imo, Tennis is fairly easy unless you get a huge upset.

Got another question. Language related actually..

quote:
To bet with your bonus, simply play through the amount of your deposit once on the sports and markets of your choice. You will need to play through your deposit and bonus three times prior to making a withdrawal.

So when i deposit money for the first time i get a bonus of 15% on top of the amount i deposit.

But, as stated, before you can make any withdrawal, you have to play for at least three times. Now i'm wondering what they mean by "play through your deposit and bonus".

Lets say i deposit 50 euros.

Does that mean i have to play for the full 50 euros three times?

Or would playing three times for 10 euro also be ok?

Or do i have to have played for 50 euros over the whole of the three bets, lets say bets of 20, 20 and 10 euros (=50).

Man, I don't think I'm ever going to win anything on these football coupons.

Bayern munich can't even beat aberdeen, a team that celtic just humiliated only 4 days ago!

WoooooHooooooo

Thought I'd resurrect this thread since the new soccer season has started.

So far I've waged about £150 this season on football matches and won back only £45.00

That leaves me with a negative £105 balance that could have been used to buy drugs.

:p

Anyhoo, this weeks waste of 5 queens heads goes on

1 Man City @ 11/8

2 Reading @ 6/4

3 Derby @ 8/11

4 Motherwell @ 8/11

5 Livingston @ 5/6

6 Ross County @ 11/10
