Hey, I am travelling to Europe at the end of July and would like some advice about Sweden. I am going to fly from London to Sweden. I will probably be travelling around Sweden for about two weeks.
I have friends all over Sweden - Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linkoping, Norkoping, Malmo and Gotland (sexy girls :p )
What is the cheapest airline to fly from London to Stockholm?
I am thinking of starting in Stockholm and then travelling south through Norkoping, Linkoping, Gothenburg and then finally Malmo. Is it easy to travel between these cities by train/bus? Is it expensive?
-Kram!
P.S.
Nypon Soppa = :wtf: :( |

I reckon the cheapest Airline to go with from the UK to Sweden is with Ryan Air from Gatwick. They are pretty much our equivalent to Jet Star and Virgin.
It's more or less equally as cheap to travel domestically by train or bus, especially if you are a student. One thing you won't have to worry about is your money going away on travelling expenses.
Their are better ways to spend your money :haha:
Hope you have a good trip mate! |

hej hej!
when i came to stockholm a couple of years ago, i came through london but i ended up going to luton airport. that involves catching a couple of trains, so it takes a bit of time. the actual cost for the flight from luton to stockholm (Vasteras Airport-about 1.5hrs from stockholm central) was about 70 pounds (BUT THAT WAS TOTALLY LAST MINUTE) and the baggage limit was 15kg! (if you have a winter jacket, load it full of and wear it onboard).
and the trains cost me about 40 pounds
so all up it cost about $250 oz dollars or about 1500swedish kr
pain in the arse if you ask me...and someone needs to pick you up from the airport i would say
IF you buy a flight from heathrow to stockholm (arlanda-best airport) - it will be about 60 pounds ($140 or 800 kr)------(the train runs to stockholm central every 15mins and it costs 200kr or $35...its the best way
well..i should get back to work now...work work work!
