360 or new Videocard?

Magnus
So I've got about 350 to spend so my choices are to buy an Arcade 360 and like 1 game, or buy a new videocard, the Geforce 8800GT 512MB version to play some of the newer games out. My dilemma rests on the titles out for the 360 so maybe you all can help me out. What good games are out at the present to warrant me getting a 360? The only games I really care about, but this could be from a lack of knowing any better, is Ninja Gaiden 2 due out in May and Resident Evil 5 due out later on after that. However for the PC, there are several games out that I would like to play like UT3 and Crysis to name a few. So what titles are worthy of a 360 purchase or should I just wait and buy a new videocard for now?

I would go for the video card. But I prefer games on the PC.

I'd go for the 360 now and wait until later to get a video card.

If you already have a decent processor, adequate RAM and a relatively speedy HD, then video card. If you don't have that great of a PC and want to play some PC games (though not as good graphics wise) then XBox 360. Although the video card will make a difference, if you don't have those other things, most new games will still lag...esp Crysis.

Most new games need 2gb of RAM, and at least a 2.0 ghz Dual Core processor, and a 7,200 RPM HD to run smoothly. A 7,200 RPM is pretty common, and 2gb is about to replace 1gb as the minimum. With the HD, 10,000 RPM is ideal, you won't find many of those, they get really hot and they require lots of fans, thus making them loud.

However it also depends on how much you really want to play Crysis. I don't think Crysis would run that well on an XBox 360 unless they took a lot of the details out and made it look like it would on a two or three year old video card on the PC. Still would be playable but not get the full effect graphics wise.
