has anyoen had to fill one of these babys out? today i had to do mine coz, well i dunno why i just been to the damn dentist again!
whats funny is u have to tick all these boxes wetehr u have diseases, problems allergies or on madication. whats funny is the last question is:
do you take any other form of drugs, tablets or pills?

Had to go to the dentist? All that gurning ground your teeth down, eh? ;)
And I think doctors find us pillheads quite amusing. I had to go into hospital last year when I broke my leg in an accident, and this fella came in on a saturday night with some blokes teeth stuck in his hand (turns out he twatted him because he kept on taking the piss about the non-stop gurning). He was so ed they had to wait 36 hours before operating - the nurses had a good old giggle anyway. |

The Docs and Dentists can't tell police/parents etc, but of course they tell colleagues and stuff ;)
Pills and all that gurning up your mouth loads, there was an article in Mixmag about it. PEople were constantly grinding their teeth together and exposing the soft bit after boshing loadsa pills, chewing on there toungues, lips without relising etc. So Dentists want to know so they can prepare themselves! |
