hey guys, just resently i started playing the new verion of PES 2008:toothless , anyway for some strage reason its got got no Commentry at all :whip: , i can hear everything else ie the crowd/sfx, i don't know if its hugh bug or what, i've reading on other fourms about other people are experiening this aswell whats the deal and does anyone know how to fix it,

Tough luck.. the commentary is almost the only thing they improved, I'm pissed with what they did to the gameplay. :mad: Goalkeepers with butter splattered all over their gloves, players passing to a different direction than the one I told them to pass to, players deciding to control the ball before shooting when I tell them to shoot straight-away, players running looking like they're ting themselves, etc etc.
It's still one hell of a fun game multiplayer (tried 2v2 last friday with some friends for the first time, it was awesome), but it feels like a butchered PES6 with some slightly fancier graphics - that are incredibly heavy on my relatively good laptop! |

i fixed the commentary error i had when i fist got the game, but your right it feels the same as pes06. i enjoy fifa more pes through since i'm so used to fifa compared to pes. |

| I totally hate the game. Playing master league just now......... oh my god I hate the comp... in the game I'm playing had a game turned by a goal in which the ball litrally passed right through the keeper, had a pen I saved some how flick back into the other side of the net too........ swear I've been so close to snapping the disc and I really mean that. |

if u used to fifa and going to pes it really annoying because the keys are maped compalely different, i'm glad i dled it, thak god i didn't fork out $80 for it |

What i meant is that they ed up the gameplay that came from PES6. PES6 felt better.
And now this game keeps on crashing on my computer. ing hell. |

Hi there,
To get commentary you need to do the following:-
1) bring up the start menu and click on 'run'
2) type in "dxdiag" (without quotes) and press enter
3) find the section regarding the sound and lower the level of hardware acceleration.
Keep lowering it until the commentary works :) voila! |
