look, i hear what you're saying... but honestly put it into perspective.
you guys (i don't mean YOU, i mean us in general) expect incredible songs, spot on mixing, beautiful crowds, and employees that will kiss your ass. you expect no line outside, parking right in front of the club, cheap drinks, no lines in the bathroom, etc. the fact is, these people deal with s all night long. while you and i might be respectful and hope for the same treatment, think of how many drunk, dumb, high, idiots these guys and girls have to deal with on a daily basis.
truth is clubbing as an overall experience SUCKS ASS. i guess i've been doing it for long enough that my expectations are just so low now that i'm rarely disappointed. i'm not trying to sound jaded, lol, just saying that i don't expect the 2nd coming of Christ at a show either. if happens it can ruin the night, and hopefully that didn't happen for anyone here. overall i had a great night and though the music was good, the people were okay, and i was with friends... what more could i really want. and i could care less that oakenfold played the same song that hybrid did... they're two different sets! haha. | it doesnt have to mate.... pretty much every club i have been to outside of atlanta is wicked fun. be it miami, montreal, holland, or tiny ol guatemala...... |

That's basically it. Kinda like people who haggle at designer clearance stores, they pretend to have class... yet lack, considerably. |
i noticed that same thing. After talking to a few people for a little >< |

then i guess we've just had different experiences, which is fine... i've had great experiences all over the world, and i've had bad ones. i don't think it's an atlanta issue (keeping in mind i've only been living here for 1 year, so don't know how much that biases my opinion).
anyway... anyone remember any more of the tracks played the other night? |

And a much better one at that. That place has a great underground feel to it and the sound is the best I've heard in the city. What's the capacity like at WetBar versus Opera? |
I LOVE WETBAR!!! |

+1
The sound system at Opera is alright at best. It's loads better than the crap they had at e50 but if you have ever been to Crobar or mansion or something like that now... they have a sound system... Oh yea the sound at wetbar is better too and the intimacy of the place being right in front of the dj is the best. I love wetbar it's a ing great venue. |
