If he was suppose to have a gig in Vancouver, I think a date should have been surfaced by now, so I'm a bit worried he might not be coming here :( but hopefully a date will be announced really soon.
I'm also kinda ticked off that Sasha is on his NA tour, and has both a Montreal and Toronto tour date, but no one decided to bring him here in Van....he also has Spooky opening up for him on his entire NA tour.
Spooky opening + Sasha @ the Commodore would have been so nasty :whip: |

I don't pretend to understand what goes on with promoters, the finances, the politics, the relationships between promotional groups if any, venues, etc. But yeah, there's been a few names passed up. Whether it was money, no dates, DJs not wanting to come here or what.
I've spoken with a few djs that would love to come here, at a reduced rate even, and I've sent emails to a few promoters, but never hear anything back.
I, myself, respect but am not a fan of Sasha, but yeah, his name is definitely up there. I'm sure you could fill a small venue for sure with his name alone, but a small venue might not cover the cost of bringing him in, and dunno if you can fill a big one with Sasha in VANCOUVER.
As for Prydz, I thought he didn't fly, or was that someone else? |

You can expect Prydz.
The man will be flown first class and have a NA bus tour. |

| i doubt that he would bus it all the way to van. and i dont think any promoters are willing to take the chance to cough up the money, and have a bad turn out. |
