Don't get too excited they use ableton, it beat matches for you, however i don't believe there is anything wrong with ableton for recording sets i just cannot stand to see dj's using it in clubs boring as hell for me..
Also about beatmatching being so easy and unimportant that's bs, it does take a good ammount of skill to keep every single mix ferfect and tight while the programming, eq, set structure, and creativity being tight as well. |

i dont dj? ok. of course beatmatching is important, but just about every dork wannabe dj on the internet, thats you, rjt, rebel9 and you others that talk on this forum EVERY SINGLE DAY OF YOUR LIFE, are grrrreat at making seamless mixes. however they're also boring/chill as and dont make you dance, they just make you zone out. you focus so much on beatmatching you forget to be a dj. hell you guys mix better than sasha or paul van dyk. great you've mastered that smmmmmall smalll aspect of this type of dj'ing (not all dj'ing involves beatmatching), now move on to other more important things, like finding good music that most people want to hear and can get into, being a dj means more than beatmatching a bunch of "tracks" that you find on the internet that YOU are into. |
Yeah, I guess that when people like Bas, Clovis, RJT and the rest of the "crybaby DJs" are consistently being booked to play out, that means they don't know how to rock a crowd. :conf:

And yeah, I guess all of those photos of Bas, Clovis, RJT and the rest using CDJs in a club, or the promo mixes that are clearly on CDJs must mean that they use Ableton all the time. :conf: |
