Yes but the real question is will it be cheap?
You will start seeing flights within a decade but only if you can shell out a couple of million. If it ever drops to less than 50K, then I might seriously consider saving up. |

50K sounds good for a trip to Neptune's outer orbit.

Oh all the way out?
Oh no. Into a space hotel orbiting the Earth for sure. Maybe even a colony on the moon but that far out?
I don't see it happening soon if at all, for any human. |
