Uhh. Why would you get a Nord Electro? It can't make synth sounds as it is a piano/organ emulation.
Just get the Access Virus TI, it's the king of trance synths. |

| Nah, don't get the electro. Get a classic 60s Wurlitzer or a Rhodes. Or...or a Hammond! Yeah! Now you're cooking, old-school style! And check out the forums on www.oldorgansandpianosaddict.com! |

| I am extremely new to all this stuff. I've played piano for years, but I am ready to get into trance production. Thanks for all your help. |

It's cool, man. Nord are one of the big names, and "Electro" is kind of a cool name. I have a Nord Lead 3 and it has some very cool sound capabilities. I find a spot for it in a lot of my songs.
Hey, at least you got a quick indication that it's not the right synth for what you want to do! Saved time you might've spent checking it out further. |

| its quite funny that he has posted another thread on this page asking what to get as he is a beginner and just starting out. And now he's asking about buying this synth.....talk about jumping into the deep end without any armbands. |
