Nearing the 5 year anniversary of my residency at the Purple Room, I've decided that it is time to move on and leave the club to Tygon's capable hands. There is a wealth of new talent that deserves to get their chance to play there and my departure is going to allow for that to happen. I can't even fathom the amazing memories and experiences that I've had in that club, it was an absolute pleasure to play there and I have to thank everyone for their amazing support over the last 5 years.
Join me as I play my last SOLO set to cap off a brilliant tenure at what I feel is one of the finest small venues in the province.

I've had so many fun and memorable nights there with the beats being spun by you. It's going to be sad to see you go man, so many awesome times. You made it a wicked place to party it up, while staying local, and being able to listen to the music we love. Nothing around here compares to it. It won't be the same without you man. I'm glad the DJ replacing you, Tygon, can spin a mean set as well. Your vs. sets together will always be legendary.
We better see you back at some point to tear the roof off the fackin place like old times!! |

Purple Room without Dennis Hahn is like a sundae without chocolate syrup and whipped cream.. and don't forget the cherry!
Dennis has been ALL of these things without fail... which has made that room so freakin amazing. I think there's very few TOTAs that can disagree with this. We all owe this man a debt of gratitude for all of his hard work and effort over the last 5 YEARS! He's given so much to so many with minimal thanks. This includes the COUNTLESS DJs he's hosted and clubbers he's played for.
I'm honoured to take over in his shadow... we've had so many killer nights playing side by side.
That said... I'm sure I can persuade him to come back from time to time :)

ohhhhh man i cant believe it :(
dude when i first turned 19 and went to the PR for the first time you were there spinning and i was just getting into EDM
we've met on a few occassions at PR and at other events - you've really inspired me to get into edm more and more and i remember on many ocassions when i've been bored to on a friday night and just decided to come and hear you rip the out of the PR
thanks for so many memorable nights and i really hope to see you spin in the PR at least once or twice after you resign your residency...
