Just wanted to put out the word that our place will be going on the rental market, and since it is a nice place, thought I'd mention this to y'all, in case anyone was looking for a nice, spacious 2-bedroom in Riverdale.
If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll put u in touch w/the landlord.
