Hey all, I'm looking for some advice as I am still mainly in the learning phase.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I am not sure what genre you would call this track but I am aiming for a very driving progressive style.
I have tried to make the download as painless as possible.
So there are 128, 192 and 320 versions all hosted on a good server for you.

Thanks for checking it out. |

| Try to find a better host. This one is to slow. Users maybe don't want to wait this long. |

| Just checked it out. Your host worked fine for me, grabbed it at 600k/sec. The song is groovy, has a lot of elements that remind me of some tech trance I've heard some DJs play recently. I'd maybe make the kick a bit snappier so it stands out more but that is just me. Nice work I think it will be a good track when its all finished. |

| The 128 file worked fine today, I even didn't have to wait long. |

The bass has a really danceable groove to it which I like. Definately one for the dance floor.
Kick maybe needs a bit more punch. Nice use of panning. I'd personaly like the percussion to have a more techy feel to it but thats just my opinion.
I think it might need one other main element. The bass tye lead is good but not sure if its enough on its own to keep the listener interested.
Try adding a second lead on top in places that compliments what you already have.
Good work so far though. Sounded well produced for someone still in the learning phase :) |
