I see diferent genres in these, granted some could crossover a bit, but do we not also see some country influences in Metallica songs?
You have your basic house which is a more minimalistic sound without the suck, Chicago-house, more of a lounge house, progressive house(which is trance just at a slower bpm and not many breakdowns without a real beat), and electro which has literally as it says, the sound of an electrical arc beat.
I think if you want to break down pro-trance and pro-house more you can say that while house uses the basic drum kick beat and some of the mid points for it's sounds as the focus point, trance more uses the mid to higher sounds as the focal point to the song. This includes the higher frequencies and epic vocal points that house lacks. |
