One goes to a club to have fun and enjoy the music. Do the cracked out people ever bother you? Cause I know they don't ever bother me. Unless it's the underagers. |

i could formulate a whole essay about your responses... BUT there is a very serious difference between people who go out and do drugs and people who go out TO do drugs...
and the latter category, I don't fall into... whereas the space crowd is definitely that... space is a hole... has nothing to do with trance or whatever. i'd rather go to a club that plays hip hop than go to space. the only reason i go there is if there's a DJ i'm ABSOLULTELY dying to see playing there.... otherwise, my bed is more exciting than that place any night |

I think something rubbed him the wrong way, otherwise he'd have nothing to say. Most of his complaint was about downtown too. I agree with him on the must aspect of it. He does make some strong points anyway.
I'm not defending Space but I am not bashing it either.
I've had some of my BEST & WORST nites there.
It's a love/hate relationship...I've just moved on from it but I can't say I won't go anymore.
Of course it's changed over time, everything does.
But no one can deny the success of that club weather you love it or hate it.
You just can't sit there & compare clubs in Europe to it either because of course Europe will have the upper hand. For being a club in the US I think it has out done many others by a long shot.
It'll go down as probably one of the best clubs in Miami & longest surviving as well.
