There’s little else to say about the skills of party-pleasing breakbeat don and genre pioneer Krafty Kuts that breaks fans and electronic music journalists the globe over haven’t already attested to. On September 18th 1999, reigning DMC World Champion, DJ Craze (Arith Delgado) defended his 1998 title and claimed the 1999 title with a landslide victory, a feat accomplished by only one other DJ in DMC history (Germany's DJ David won the solo competition in '90 and '91). Dedicating his winning 6 minute set to his new baby girl (Angelee, born five days previous), DJ Craze once again took home 2 gold Technics 1200's and a matching Technics DJ mixer. Craze, A-Trak, and Infamous (Allies) also claimed 2nd place in the first official DMC Vestax/Numark World Team Championships.
On September 23, 2000 in London, England, Craze defended his 1999 title and claimed the 2000 DMC World Champion title, an unprecedented 3X win, making DMC and turntablist history. He also won the Team Championship for 2000 alongside Allies' crew member A-Trak, regaining the title from the UK's Scratch Perverts.

As Twisted’s two main Breakbeat and funk residents, collectively these boys have been DJ’ing for over 15 years – Precise’s roots are as a Hip-Hop turntablist having won numerous local competitions such as DJ Soundwars, placing runner up in the DMC’s and ITF DJ battles in the years 97 through 99 and he was invited to compete in the nationals as well. Kraig loves all things funky and has been dropping sets of Breakbeats, soul, funk and vocal House music fused with live percussion all around Vancity at numerous clubs and parties.
Put these two together, and you’ve got a DJ set full of party rockin Funky Breaks fused with old skool Hip Hop with turntablism and live percussion added to the mix.

** KRAFTY/CRAZE VENUE CHANGE **
As some of you may have heard, as of last Friday, The Waldorf lost their liquor license. This means that no promoter can do a show utilizing the larger 2 rooms downstairs at The Waldorf until the necessary licenses are in place. - This was clearly out of our control.
Now we could have cancelled the show but we thought no... we still really want to do this and so I'm happy to announce we've found a venue.
The event will now be held at THE SHARKS CLUB IN DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER from 9PM till 2AM
The will be a one room party serving until 2AM. Food will also be available up until 11PM within the limited booth seating.
We will be spending a lot of money on sound, lighting, decor, staging and even go-go dancers, beer girls among other things to transform the space into something different.
$25 TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE! and so don't wait on them. -- Twisted, Promotions, Vancouver.
This party will definitely sell out given the decrease in capacity. Parking is across the street/all around that area and it is very accessible to Skytrain/bus, etc.
