I'm at Griffith Nathan, staying on campus too so your friend might want to consider that because its ing awesome.
There's heaps of places around Nathan with 3 bedrooms and close to public transit, depends on how much you want to pay.
A moped is good if you're using it to goto work, home, uni, shopping, but not for going into town since to get to the city from Nathan you'd need to use the freeway.
The most common jobs for travellers would probably be phone work - like market research. You might have heard of AC Nielsen, one of their offices is based in Brisbane and you get around $22 an hour. |
