i herd that they were trying to get pvd into the city as few years back, and they had the $$ and everything... but he refused to come to winnipeg cause theres less then a million ppl here... but i suppose now that we got armin and ferry... and tiesto coming soon... he sees that winnipeg isnt that bad ;)
