i've been doing that since late last year, actually. 'cause none of my friends whatsoever even remotely like EDM. none. zip. nadda. & like yourself, i'm not good @ going up to people by ANY means. =/ ('cause i have a severe fear of bothering people, for some demented & ridiculous reason, that i have yet to completely get over. :S) i mean, i've only talked to a handful of you folks so far, & that's only those who have approached me. but ehhh...i haven't seemed to mind the least bit. (...yet. =P) 'cause so far, i've found myself "going in my own little world" (eyes closed, hands in the air, & what not) absolutely relishing on how good my trance sounds live. :D (i'm still a greenhorn in this scene: my 1st gig/event attended was in october, but i've been a trance addict for many years.) & that's the EXACT reason why i haven't found myself feeling uncomfortable or awkward & rather, continuing to have an absolute blast! :)
hmm...@ ferry corsten, a significantly higher amount of people, guys in particular 'cause it was an absolute sausage fest after all ;) , talked to me, but that's 'cause of the fact that i was a young girl there by myself & they were all seriously drunk as . =P ahaha! xD
anyway...if you see me @ markus schulz & sander van doorn, you should definately say hi to me. =) i'll be the really tall (well...as tall as a typical guy) young'ish (early 20's) brunette w/ a bad sunburn on the back of my legs & arms (from in' yesterday; *grumbles uncontrollably*) & dancing @ the very front (like usual) for both gigs. =)
