A Twisted Canada Day w/FERRY CORSTEN @ The Station!

I wouldn't be the only one that would say it's nice to have some "sitting material" around... and yea.. cheesy joke but what can we expect in the end.. i still do not understand why vancouver events are so expensive compared to east coast... or even seattle.

PS: above and beyond - july 8th - $15 usd... see... we will never have that here... :(

i'm not complaining about anything anymore cause complaining is useless. good job to twisted for this show.. too bad there are no good venues it can happen at to make it even sweeter (only if comodore was cheaper/allow more dance events)

PS 2: i got my FLOOR tiesto tix so stfu

The sound and lighting was great at armin for most parts and add couple of bars to the venue and it will be definatley worth the $50, for such a talent like Ferry.

Compare this to Seated Tiesto ticket for $100+, I will take this anytime, so I can actually dance.
In response to whoever made the no seat comment, you should go to Tiesto and sit all you want. ;)

Good job Craig, keep the good shows and big talent coming to our town.

So you paid over $100 bucks to see Tiesto (from what I hear $130+) and you are whining about $50 for ferry????

on another note, you can not compare Vancouver to TO or Seattle, Living expense is much higher here in general, Vancouver is rated to be the number 1 city to live in the world for 3 years and that alone hikes up the prices for everything yet alone DJ events.

On the Ferry issue, you have him here on a Long weekend vs. a Thursday in TO; so naturally the DJ bookings doubles if not more for weekend yet alone a long weekend.
The Gove holds about 5,000 people vs. Station holds about 750, so price per head has to be higher here.

I can go on and on, but no point.... bottom line is if you don't like paying $50 then don't go, Just like I decided Teisto is not worth $100+ for me to see so I am not going, but I am not bitching about the price either.

Cheers

i paid 85 / ticket.. at GM PLACE... :) compare that to "the station" :)

if they had more money invested in sound.. that place can fit waay more than 750 :) it was about 1/3 full at armin and again.. i didn't complain about the price.. did you notice that ? probably not.. ing... grr

^$85??? That’s pretty good…
You should sell your ticket and make some money. You can get up to $300 for it from what I hear. Take the profit and go down to Seattle on July 21st and see PVD at Q west for fraction of the cost. Tiesto has the worst performances in Vancouver anyway and the show will be full of kids, since there is no age restrictions.

PS: You have a foul moth, didn’t your moma teach you that swearing is for low class trash families. Pf pf pf

$85 plus tax and service charges which makes it $96. I know because I bought 8 of those...

And Stefan IS a nasty kid. ;)
