| ya the beats did get repetitive at times but he did change it up. it was great to dance to, but the set was nothing special. he put on a great show, and like i said i have never seen a dj enjoy himself as much as anyone, he got several warnings that his time was up yet he kept on playing. i think thats what got me going to see the dj with so much energy and just having a great time on the decks. |

| ^i agree what you guys said about sander's sounds being repetitive throughout the night. it was his energy and passion that separated the whole night. you can see by his smile that he love his job and enjoys being up in front of the crowd, making people dances. last night was one of the roughest EDM crowd I have ever encountered; getting pushed, shoved, elbowed and getting burned by people cigarette. yeah, let's see some pictures. |

| quote: | | Not sure where the trance sound is going but i heard alot of it at Markus and again at Sander last night . The base lines sound very tribal and i realize its great to dance too and i don't mind a few tracks but i thought Sanders set was full with that same sound all night. |
/agreed. HOWEVER, this is the EXACT 'sound' that i enjoy; (the 'old' trance sound is still good; don't get me wrong. but i personally REALLY appreciate where trance's sound is going these days. *thumbs up*, for sure!)
& "lol :p" @ the guy who kept making sexual comments about sander van doorn to me... sure, svd obviously has SUCH a cute smile, no doubt, but my god! o___O
anyway. & it was pretty cool to come across some of you T.A.'ers! :) don't EVER stop listening! :D |

:( I didnt want it to end so earlyyyyyy..I was NOT getting tired of it at all, 2 hours is really nothing for an energetic DJ like Sander man..but then again maybe 3+ hours would be too much to handle.
Overall, amazing night. I knew exactly what to expect from his set. If you follow his sets you'll know so I dont know why some people were expecting more TRANCEY stuff. He doesnt normally play the typical Armin Van Buuren'ish style of Trance. At bigger events like Trance Energy or Dance Valley/Mystery Land in Holland, they usually scheduale him to come on close to the end of the show to basically have the rest of the night to himself & to drop some massive tribal'ish tunes. He's a big fan of Randy Katana whose all about Tribal bass lines.
:)
I have some clips, you cant really see much of him though..anyone interested let me know |
