SONIC / Jack in the Box commercials airing in Chicago

Anyone else here tired of seeing the commercials? They air none stop and there is neither a Jack or a Sonic within 100 miles of chicago city limits.
Its frustrating because when I lived in Texas, Sonic / Jack in the Box were staples and I would really like to eat some but I'm not driving 100 miles. Plus I can't believe they have been paying for premium chicago commercials spots for years... I just dont get it...

Another thing that is awesome in Texas is Ci Ci's pizza buffet which recently opened up by Park Ridge... that is definitely worth checking out...

Imagine how it feels to be in Wisconsin and get the same ads :(

I'm pretty sure the closest one to me is about 450 miles - yet I get ads for both companies all day, every day.

GOD DAMN YOU CABLE TV!!!!!

We get the same thing in michigan, and this has been a major issue with myself and friends for years now. I'm pretty sure that the commercials are all nationally run so they aren't paying extra for Chicago, etc... But anyways, I finally went to a sonic in florida (there are two within 10 minutes of my place) and found that its just in overrated. They have awesome commercials but thats it. The shakes are decent, but everything else is meh in my opinion.
