Most people's first exposure to Rabbit was their song called out-of- body experience. It was released in 93, and is still to this day played in clubs around the world, when most other artist’s tracks are left for dead after 2 weeks. In a 2003 issue of Muzik magazine, O.B.E. was listed as the number one most sought after record in the last decade. After the release of phases of an out of body experience (remixes of O.B.E.) on Hardkiss Recordings '94 the demand for R.I.T.M. became enormous. They began collaborating and doing remix work for everyone from Goldie, Sarah McLachlan, BT, and Garbage, to The Smashing Pumpkins, Sven Vath, Stone Roses, and Eric Clapton. Their style of electronic music is timeless, but to truly understand this group is to see and hear them live.
Rabbit in the Moon's live experience has the power to evoke emotion at will. With a mix of performance art, live video projections, and original music. R.I.T.M. create a powerful connection with their audience. In the Readers Poll Awards 1997 URB MAGAZINE, R.I.T.M. was voted the #1 live performance act in the country. They have been called the Grateful Dead & Pink Floyd of electronic music. Wherever they perform, new believers are born. For many, the show is a religious experience, lives are changed. All this from a band that has never had to grace the screens of music television for an audience. They've been on a grass roots journey, making believers one show at a time. And from New York to Tokyo all the fans with Rabbit in the Moon tattoos see and understand that. They tell the story. This isn't a now thing, it's a forever thing..
JOHN B
BETA RECORDINGS//uk

If you haven't come across John B in one of his many musical guises over the past decade, where have you been? Classically trained at a young age, this British superproducer has gone on to become one of the most eclectic and unique individuals working within electronic music today. Consistently escaping categorization, John's genre-defying catalogue spans the worlds of Electro, Trance and Drum & Bass, and a few other spaces across the bpm spectrum.
John's career began in illustrious style as the one and only Goldie picked up on this mild-mannered, blonde-locked science graduate and his distinctive drum and bass beat constructions, and he was signed to the legendary Metalheadz label. Tracks such as the euphoric Up All Night have become instant classics in the canon of drum and bass, and repeatedly smashed dancefloors worldwide. John B quickly became a headlining name on flyers across the globe, and his touring schedule has been non-stop ever since. Establishing his own stable of labels (Beta Recordings, Tangent, Chihuahua and Nu_Electro) to reflect his diverse tastes from liquid funk to Latin, provided the perfect platform for Johns groundbreaking sonic experimentation to develop.
From his studio and label HQ in Maidenhead, UK, John has since made major waves within the wider world of dance music. Having picked up on Johns early forays into trance production, Perfecto label boss and DJ superstar Paul Oakenfold commissioned tracks which ended up alongside the likes of Madonna and Justin Timberlake on the epic Great Wall compilation. John has also long worn his love of 80s electronica on his sleeve, way before the fashionistas jumped on the bandwagon, and he has been busy signing hot new electro-influenced tracks for his most recent label venture, Nu Electro. There is also rumoured to be a John B reworking of Toni Basil's classic Hey Mickey in the pipeline.
His new album, in:transit has received glowing reviews:
One of the most intriguing DnB albums in a long, long while& John B's willing to experiment where others merely imitate& Album of the Month! Knowledge Mag June 04
Definitely one of the most talented producers on the planet. DJ Mag June 04
A fantastic concoction of liquid funk, electro & trancey flavours... Dirty, heavyweight bombs that prove John B is still one of the top dogs of the dancefloor! Mixmag
John B delivers an album that can only be described as classic. With all styles covered he proves once again why he is one of the drum & bass scenes most original and adventurous artists. This is the bomb. Go get it now! Update Magazine June 04

As far as drum n bass albums go you'll be hard pushed to find anything that crosses boundaries like in:transit does ATM June 04
Still just the tender age of 26, is there is much more to come from Mr B. Next up, godfather of soul James Brown's new tracks are due for the John B remix treatment, a real surprise for even this musical chameleon. He's also been busy Remixing Howard Jones, Heaven 17, Digital Nation, Robbie Craig and S'Express. True to form, it doesn't seem as if things will be becoming predictable any time soon...
DJ CRAZE
HIP-HOP /MASH UP DANCE SET
Six Time World Champion // Cartel ·· Miami
www.myspace.com/crazearoni
From the moment he won the 1998 DMC World Championship the face of turntablism changed. Considered the underdog amongst his opponents (Shortkut, Dummy, and Develop) the young Nicaraguan native left the audience in awe of his ability to contort sounds into works of art. The DMCs would never be the same again! In those six minutes, Craze had brought forth a renaissance into the world of turntabilism, which many could hope to repeat, but none would ever come close to. That routine has been regarded as the best well rounded battle routine in the history of the DMCs, in other words The greatest ing Six Minutes in the history of Turntabilism!!! That year also heralded the coming of one of the most influential turntablist crews, The Allies. Started off by Craze and Develop, the crew was unlike any that had come before. Alongside the other members, A-trak, Infamous, J-Smoke, Spiktakular, and Klever, they created a superpower that would leave its stamp on the face of team battles. They had a swagger that was hard to ignore and the skills to back it up. The outflow of creative genius did not stop there though and the following year Craze defended his title with an envious zeal. Upon winning yet again, he left no room for doubt that his skills were genuine and not just beginners luck. He had proven himself amidst the birth of his daughter Angelee (for whom he dedicated the six minutes) just five days before. With two championships under his belt Craze had accomplished a feat that only one other person had done before (DJ David, from Germany, who won the solo competition in '90 and '91). On September 23, 2000, Craze made DMC history when he claimed the championship yet again for the third time, a feat that still remains to be duplicated. So you see, to include the word average in a description of DJ Craze would be an oxymoron. There are people who have moments of rare talent and then there are those who embody pure genius in their art form undeniably Craze falls under the latter without question! His is like the Midas touch; for it seems everything he puts his fingers on turns to gold. His gift was not just limited to a stage though. With his supremacy of the turntabalist world well established, Craze turned his attention to the studio and began working on battle records. Put out under Ammo/ Audio Research, the Bully Breaks series has become a must have for every battle Dj. Although he started out in Turntabilism and Hip Hop, he soon found his calling included the realm of Drum & Bass. As surely as he had conquered his prior forums, he found himself in the midst of greatness in the world of DnB earning the respect and admiration of his peers. He formed his drum & bass label, Cartel Recordings, with Juju in late 2001. The duo later added the talents of Infiltrata and GENR8. With all running smoothly, their seventh release is due out soon. Late 2005, brought about the formation of another crew: Tekdbz consisting of Photek, Infiltrata & Hochi, Craze, & Mental Sharp. Work has been on going within the crew with an album in the works that will include their many talents. Going back to the origins of his start, Craze has been in the studio working on hip-hop beats. He is working on a full-length hip - hop album with one of Miamis illest lyricists, Mic Rippa, on what is sure to be hailed as an album that harkens back to the Golden Age of hip-hop. True to his Miami roots though, Craze has also been working on a Miami Bass cd, which as of yet is untitled, but will soon be released. With all this, the man still boasts a travelogue the likes of a rock star with Iceland, Singapore, Bangkok, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Russia, South Africa, Brazil, and Chile just to name a few of the places where he has performed. In fact, the only continent he hasnt been to is Antarctica and thats due to lack of a population! Wherever he might go he leaves a trail of people amazed by his humble demeanor and his unique unsurpassed blend of Hip Hop, Breaks, Drum & Bass and Turntablism. The man holds six DMC Championships under his belt need we say more.
