looks very nice...Mario can view levels from a third dimension, giving access to places otherwise unreachable. You can finally play through some of the classic 2D levels of the earlier Mario games from Mario's perspective ;)

rofl checked out some of the videos on youtube about it
doesn't look too bad
hah and one was one of the developers talking about it at E3 or something of the sort, and he was like 'yeah, its a huge game, we're talkin 25-40 hours of gameplay
and i chuckled, cause the last two games i played were zelda:twilight princess for the wii, which i put a good 70 hours into, and elder scrolls 4 for the 360, which i put easily 80 hours into
25 seems ridiculously short:/ |

Actually, most of the RPG elements have been taken out of the game. Despite the name, it bears little resemblence to the Paper Mario RPG's of the past.
This is a pure Mario platformer...with a twist! ;)
All Mario games have solid controls and plenty of fun gameplay, and it looks like this one combines the best of both worlds (2D and 3D).
25-40 hours is a very good length for a platformer like this. I'm really looking forward to it. |

| lol i love these games the best feature is mario getting into beds at inns and he would float into it like a piece of paper... classic :p or whenever you go down the tunnels. |

Too early to tell, in my opinion. Even with the developers and Nintendo saying otherwise.
