| Just got back from Digweed...he started off with some straight up progressive and kept it going until the last 30 mins then he killed it. Sound system was really nice and the lights made it crazy at times :crazy: A lot of dudes tho, where all the girls at?> :whip: Anyone else go? |

| Well I wanted to check out Digweed. I guess I was hoping in a way to keep the spirit of WMC still going.....Always hear mixed reviews about him. Got there at 11:30 and MSTRKRFT was blowing it up hardcore. I mean that was badass....Of course Digweed got on a little late (as seems to be the current trend)....So at approximately 12:30 he got on the decks and began what I felt was going to be an incredible 2 hour journey....The first track was groovily progressive with a almost trancey element. It had the energy of something great to come.....but that something never came. He started in one spot and stayed in that one spot the entire two hours. To say it was a total buzzkill after the stupendous job by MSTRKRFT would be an understatement. People that were tearing it up for MSTRKRFT were barely moving for Digweed. For the type of place that it was I found there to be a decent number of women. Ratio about 2:1 guys but definitely not a sausage fest. Overall, nothing spectacular. Anyone that didn't go didn't miss anything, anything at all.. |

well MSTRKRFT had some trainwrecks .... and digweed blew the roof off .... some massive basslines!!!!
cant wait to see him again!!!!
