I'm thinking about going to see Hernan Cattaneo at Balak Nightclub in Tijuana on February 10th. Does anyone know anything about the nightclub? Any takers?

I have never been but from what I hear it is a very nice club. More than likely a dress code although not sure. I'll ask around. Very close to the border.
Am planning on going too but it depends on my work schedule. Will have to make the call that day. |

i've been there a few times. Very big club, i'd say 1500-2000 capacity.
Sound and lighting is pretty good for a club in TJ.
They actually play mostly house/trance and latin house at this club. Lots of local mexicans who are into the music including the girls.
And lots of hot mexican girls ;)
Only 12 bucks to get in last time i went. Real close to the border too. If i were you , i would go, its definitely a fun spot. |

saw him at tentation and he was in awesome!!
and had a blast in TJ for tiesto, so that should be a good combo, plus that progressive stuff is golden in mexico...they love that right now |

The venue has been changed to Baby Rock club in zona rio tijuana, i think this place is much better than balak disco, it holds 2000 ppl, valet parking for 1000 cars, $20dlls presale in tijuana $30 same day. the opening dj rodrigo espinoza is amazing!! its goona be a kick ass party, hope to see some TAs there.

If you can't have a great time at that club . . . . with a great dj like Hernan there is problems.
