Had no idea Montana touched this track, and I loved his stuff from the 99 to 02 era, hopefully he lends a dark touch to it. |

In all honestly though i was pretty out of it when i did this mix (very rare i get out of it lol ) so don't take the mix too seriously mate. :) I mean just look at the tracklisting HAHA! Says it all.
But yeah i had a few probs towards the end. Anyway, enough of the excuses lol. hope you dig the tuneage :D |

Unless the set is explicitly listed as promo type set, I don't usually put too much emphasis on all the elements. I usually just enjoy it for what it is. |

Well, nice short mix. Quite the variety of music, but on a whole, I enjoyed it. I liked the variety of styles in this, allowing my monday morning ADD self to enjoy the entire mix.
Gotta say, I hate and love the Janeiro Track. I came into trance after that track was a hit, and part of me is happy. Just a little too poppy for my taste, but no matter what I do I can't help but sing the chorus for it for hours on end once I have heard it.
Wasn't too excited for Montana's edit of Phantom Manor. Guess its hard to touch perfection. It certainly wasn't bad though...
Mixing throughout was great. Only a few times did I hear the mix come out slightly but you were quick on the trigger to fix it. EQing was great as well!
I recommend this to anyone looking to just entertain their ears for 45 minutes, don't come looking for an intricate display of flow or style. Just good trance. |
