Smoking in clubs

bec
Tas introduced the full ban last Jan.. people kicked up about it a little (including the tool who was going to start his own smoking political party..) but then it was forgotten. People still smoke in clubs, in toilets etc. but most begrudge the law and plod outside to the street. Some venues have spent a bit developing compliant beer gardens and the like.

It's amazing how quickly you get un-used to something. Everytime I go to a club in Melbourne now I wonder how I used to put up with it. Especially as the smoke dries out my contact lenses and I can't see!

Oooh yeah, I remember that. Contact lenses in a smoky room = pain. *shudder*
