With his musical compositions compared to Mathew Jonson, James Holden, Ricardo Villalobos and even Depeche Mode, twenty year-old Somfay has become a darling of the international music press. His popularity amongst the European DJ elite has culminated with tracks featured on mix-CDs by Michael Mayer and Sven Vath. Hypnotic, melodic and psychedelic - yet deeply dancefloor-driven - his new album, "Of Ancestral Infernos and Lysergic Embers", has just been released by Montreal artist Pheek's Archipel imprint.
