ive actually been overseas for a couple of months now .. been away from my decks .. now im just wondering .. what should i do again when i go back ... should i start from basic again .. revise over how to beat match and everything .. or what ??

if its only been a couple months just go from where you left off. youll be DAMN rusty but there's muscle memory involved with this sort of thing and youll remember fast. just practice for 2 hours everyday and i gurantee in a week youll be back to normal.

i tend only to practice in the week leading up to a gig. thus i havent touched my tables since november. i find too much practice actually tires my ears. but coming back to it once in a while everything is clear and crisp :)

Me too, definitely.

I think part of it is that I usually miss it so much that I'm having a blast. And when I'm having fun, I always mix reaaaally well.
