how safe is the vancouver scene?

apri_peel
so, the last two raves have had major fights break out
there are more and more posers and thugs at trance parties
gangsters have been coming to parties for a while now, but they've kept to themselves without big public displays for the most part

so do you feel safe when partying?

Depends on the venue.

Cyber - Better than Viva, but the guys are still 'involved' - 6/10
Plush - 3/10
Maritime - 8/10
Riverside - 7/10
Richards - 9/10
Lotus - 5/10
Red Room - 7/10
Apex - 3/10
Celebrities - 8/10
Capital - 2/10
Commodore - 9/10
AquaYak
also, please elaborate about the last 2 incidents
apri_peel
a fight broke out at the november rave between two rival gangs
same two gangs had two more fights at freeze last weekend, there were even rumors of a shooting, which did not happen, btw. but the fights were so bad that people were hitting someone else with chairs, rather scary if you ask me

out of towners are worried about their safety, concerned about other parties they planned on coming to

3/10 for plush? even for big events like avb? That's sick. You'd think the big scary black bouncers would keep them away at least some amount.

As alot of you, know, ive had some bad times there.

Plush also does alot of hip hop nights.

Its like every retard in the city heads down there.

Agreed, plush security must be the worst around.

That one guy keeps letting his gangster friends in for 500$ or rediculous prices like that, and they casually walk in with weapons.
apri_peel
plush is actually pretty bad on average if you consider other nights
i've seen a mob of girls drag by the hair and kick two other girls, seen regular guy fights outside too

trance nights there are probably the safer ones
