OMG, I now know why some call this man a damn GOD.
First of all the lazers and layout of Avalon for tiesto.. WAS SICK!!!!!!!!! The sound system was absolutley thumpin!
Me, Andy (Krusader), and Yakov got there around 10 PM. Tiesto came on a little earlier than 12AM and spun til 2am. I brought some vinyls with me, hoping for the chance to get TIESTO to sign them (Flight 643, Innocente, Urban Train, Tenshi) ...slim chance, but i thought it was worth a shot. We made a request list of songs for TIESTO to play that we wanted to hear him spin right, INCLUDING SOUTHERN SUN!!!!!!!! I got a chance to talk to him for a quick minute and gave him the list, but no records :( ...

He started his set off with Velvet Girl - Walking in Sunshine ... After this track i went up to tiesto and gave tried to give him my vinyls to sign, he took them and said "After"... I DIED....later on he played Smoke Machine, Coast 2 Coast - Be With Me, and Obsession...alot of the songs in the first hour i couldn't ID them... they weren't anthems, more like unkowns, BUT AWESOME TRACKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYONE IN THE CLUB WAS DANCING LIKE CRAZY!!!!!!!!
He kept on looking back and smiling and dancing, the man was having FUN. Then the second hour came in... the whole time everytime he would look for another vinyl, i would keep on yelling "SOUTHER SUN, TIESTOOOOOOO!" ... HE PLAYED lots of OFF OUR REQUEST LIST... *Push - Strange World, Vera Cocha - Carte Blanche, *Lethal Industry, Ralphie B - Massive, *Flight 643, *Urban Train (last song of nite), Gouryella - Tenshi, and ..... *SOUTHERN SUN!!!! Southern sun is soooooooooo HOTT live, its rediculous, I DIED... when he spun it, he turned to me and gave me a thumbs up and smiled....... I DIED OMG... :) :) :) :) :)
GET THIS: I noticed that he was reaching for his vinyls out of his bag, but he changed directions... he looked at me, and smiled... he headed for MY VINYLS..... THE MAN PLAYED MY COPIES OF THE VINYLS FOR URBAN TRAIN, TENSHI, and FLIGHT 643!!!!!!!!!!!
HE ING PLAYED MY COPIES OF THE VINYLS AND HELD THEM IN THE AIR AND POINTED AT ME AND SMILED AND DANCED...... I DIED... I DIED... OMG, I WAS DANCING UP AND DOWN like CRAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZY OMG OMG OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) :)
Then He gave them back SIGNED, and smiled and said "Your Welcome" :) ...I DIED... OMG
This nite was totally awesome, EVERYONE IN THE CLUB WAS DANCING AND JUMPING AND GOING NUTS... as i said earlier, i know now why some say he is a GOD...

........THATS FREAKEN SWEEEEEEETTTT ....you so lucky bro...i NOW wish i went ...dam we where about to go but then decided to stay in NYC cus we thought he would only play for a little bit....but from what your saying it DEFINATLEY would have been wother the 3 hour drive....
That must of made ya year when he played YOUR vinyls...thats freaken insane man....i woulda went nuts...lol....but i am sure you did..lol.....
Anyway.,....i am glad you had such a good time.....jus reading ya post i can tell last night was insane....:) :) |
