Snow Day in Vancouver

apri_peel
there are two things in vancouver that bother me when its snowing:
1. people who don't know how to drive in the snow but think they either can or that it's not any different from regular driving,
and
2. lack of snow plows and salt trucks

i still think BC drivers are some of the worst in canada
in quebec driver's ed lessons are good and regulations are quite strict

i heard in ontario its pretty fckin hard to pass the test too

in BC ive heard some terrible stories of driver's ed. when my friend took the lessons, her instructor didnt even tell her what the side mirrors were for!! then you've got the cocky s in their lowered cars cutting people off in the rain and snow, the really bad middle-aged asian drivers (im not being stereotypical, but i swear they are just really bad), and then the mucho adrenaline pumped everybody else trying to get places, and i could go on forever :D

[/end rant]
