The regular bouncers were at the entrance.

The Twisted guy came on the stage once and gave Lange thumbs up.

We had a bad feeling from the very beginning. Marty and Adam were for some reason replaced by the Codec Project. As you know the guys play hard stuff. I and Naz thought that the style didn't really fit with the warming up before Lange concept and we were trying to make them play mellower and trancier. I'm not sure if they understood me once but they did tell me that they "weren't allowed to." Since apparently it was a birthday party for "Liiiiiisa Liiiiiiisa" the plan was to have full on music during the whole night.
Lange tried to finish around 2:20 and frankly after everything that happened I didn't want him to play 'one more' but someone in the crowd shouted it and well he put another CD in and started packing. The owner then went on stage and cranked the volume (don't know how he was able to find that knob). The track finished playing, Lange was leaving the stage, the owner got behind the decks and shouted "one more" and put one of his CD's.

I don't like to bitch that much but I hope that you all agree that the whole night was extremely disrespectful to Lange.

I would've left earlier but I actually wanted to leave the club together with Lange. You never know with the mafia...

(Lange was professionally cool and tried to shrug off all the 'nuances')

It was like a "house party" for the club owner. He got on the decks after Lange finished and "played" DJ, fooling around with the knobs and sliders and cranking it up real loud. How pathetic!

Where were Marty and Adam? Where was the 3 hour set by Lange? Where the hell were the promoters? Azim just made an "appearance" about halfway through Lange's set - it was like "Hi Lange, 'bye Lange". And I think Tazix was there just to drop Lange off and pick him up. Otherwise, there was no promoter presence at all! Similar thing happened at Matt Darey - no promoter presence! :whip: It's like us TAs treat the DJs better than the promoters do!
