The DJ competition is OPEN and all forms are excepted. It still however matters how hard you play due to the venue. Please come out and check things out for yourself.
All the equipment is provided for you, if you are playing vinyl please bring your own needles.
The drink prices are cheap until 11 so come and support your local heros playing some of the best music in todays EDM scene.
We only pick the best, wich means if you score high in alll of the items listed above then you win. If you don't win, you can try again and ask us why you didn't win. We will tell you.
Over 180+ DJS have entered the competitions and we are happy to have new DJS and old ones come back. We love to see how you progress.
This competitions purpose is to build a night, with new talent, new faces and provide an outlet for great DJS to shine and become part of Canada's biggest network of EDM music.
If you have any posiive/negative feedback, please let us know and we will work to fix things for you. We aren't going to change our judging and what we are looking for in DJS. That is up to us, and why it is called the 246dj competition.
Please don't get upset if your fav dj didn't win, or the music style of your choice didn't make it. We love all forms of music, and thats why we are here today. United we play and support your local DJ. |
