Anyone know of any decent mobos that support both PCI-E and AGP that are stable enough for a gamer system...

I don't know if they have motherboards with AGP and PCI Express slots. But I highly recomend you go for PCI Express, Its way faster then the AGP and a lot of the current and new motherboards support SLI or Crossfire, They are motherboards with two PCI Express 16x slots for gaming.

Yeah I know. But, I just dished out money for a solid AGP card a couple of months ago, and in a bit, I want to build a new system, but want to use both the cards, one for accelerated graphics, and the other for all the addons. it comes with a TV tuner, tv in, rca in and out, Svideo in and out, and a couple of other connectors. Most cards will not come with that kind of stuff.

Get rid of that AGP card and get a PCI Express one. You don't know what your missing, Many of the current games out there will not run well with AGP graphics card.

Sounds to me like he doesn't want to ditch the AGP card he bought a couple of months ago, which is fair.

I did the same a month ago and regret it, but Im getting an Asrock board that supports AM2 and AGP, and its quite cheap so when the time comes to upgrade the graphics you havent lost too much on the motherboard.

Thanks for the info Simon, that's what I was looking for. I too now regret the purchase of the card, but the damage is done, and I gotta do the best I can with what I have. Upgrading everything at once is just going to be hell on the wallet.
