3 year exile into Canada
Did the judge just tell him too come to Canada or did Canada let him in the country with open arms?
If its the 1st option, how the does an American judge do something like that? |

Neither.
His family lives in Canada, and he's banished from the US apart from his hearings, therefore the options are Mexico or Canada or any other country apart from the USA, given that his family lives in Canada he chose to come back here. |

| If it stays on the frontpage for a week or so, they'll ban him during his immigration hearing and that'll be the end of it, the US will have to grant him entry or he'll have to go to Mexico. |
