| i just got a pair of the 7506 that i'm using primarily for production. after using them for a few weeks i have a hard time imagining them to be loud enough to play a loud system. they just don't get anywhere near as loud as the v700s, tho they are infinitely more comfortable and the sound reproduction is significantly more accurate. |

| been using the technics and the sony 700s. been finding the bass in the technics to sound better and headphones themselves are heavier which i actually prefer, they also grip my giant eastern european cube shaped head tighter so that's always a plus |

| p.s. get headphones whose cord you can zip-tie to your wrist. |
