Good news about Promise Hallowe’en 2006. As you know, our original hallowe’en party space became suddenly unavailable a couple of weeks ago because of upcoming construction. We’d been really excited to offer people a chance to enjoy themselves in a really unique and welcoming warehouse space. Last year it was really fun to see all the people we have gotten to know getting all dressed up and we wanted to continue the tradition.
Lucky for us, our friend Orion contacted us just this week about a similar environment with lots of dazzling features (hot tub!) and a location right along the Queen St east streetcar line. It’s used as a working photography studio and the early century details and high ceilings and pillars make it amazing for our hallowe’en party! Here are the details:
promise hallowe'en
saturday October 28th
Come join us, get in disguise and dance through the night with spirits and hobgoblins and angels in an old warehouse nowhere near evil club land. We invite you to enjoy a stunningly gorgeous and appropriately gothic space in the heart of Toronto's industrial east end. Complete with cozy nooks, split levels and a hot tub. Towels supplied.
The music lineup includes our favourite djs from this summer’s Cherry Beach parties and a visual environment created by Agnieszka Tarnawska (Invokvyata).
