| I just bought Torg this last week and only messed around with it a few total hours. So far I’ve really enjoyed and am impressed with it. The only concern I have at this point is... When I’m using the records I seem to hear a slight “pop” like every 3 or 4 seconds. I checked the original file as well as the file playing through the program without the records. Both were crystal clear. But for some reason when I use the records I get that “pop.” It’s kind of hard to know what I’m talking about, but like during a chill or quite part of a Trance song this “pop” really sticks out. This is very bad, cause I now don’t want to record anything yet. Help??? Anybody got any ideas? Could the records be bad? |

| had this problem it drove me nuts, you gotta try connecting Conectiv to a different USB posrt, fiddle around with your latency settings as well what are your pc specs anyway?? |

Are you sure it has to do with the USB connection. Cause the song has no poping sound when I play it through the program without the turntables. And in this case the USB connection is still in the same port. |

Is it really "bad" pop kinda sound?
I swear playing on Torq sound like vinyl. My friend even said so, he was like "why does it sound like vinyl?" before I even told him about it. I don't know if they add some "vinyl" style distortion, or use some of the "vinyl" noise being picked up from the control record?
It actually sounds kinda cool. But I wasn't expecting it. |
