has anyone been to shanghai before?
im going next month for a few days and i wanna know whats cheap there.
clothes, electronics? given more than half the i own is made there im hoping it is
also what is there to do in a small space of time?

Went Shanghai last year for 3 days...pretty awesome place!!
Clothes shopping is cheaper, there's an famous indoor mall that has all the rip off gear but i can't remember the name of it. Make sure you get the Magalev train into the city from the airport...fastest train in the world on magnets!! Also the Bund is pretty amazing and there's a really tall building in the city...good observation deck with glass floors...pretty mad!! Where are you staying??
Getting cabs etc. can be tricky...some of the chinese can't speak a word of english! |

not cameras? i need a new digital camera, the canon ixus 65 would be siiiik
dont know where im staying, im guessing somewhere near club o2 where ever that is :)
