Rubin,
Lair is the basement of Vision where they have Housexy and Asian nights
Sky is the main room of Vision
Dome is the first main room that you walk into upon entering Vision with a blue dome in the ceiling
Sky Lounge is apparently the lounge area after you cross over from Dome into Sky room
Penthouse is the attic |
oic. Ok its making sense now. I want to take this opportunity to tell you a story about my first time at "Vision". Yes, I had been there long time ago, beginning with Dome Room, saw it become Aura, and the whole nine yards. But I don't think I had ever been in the big room. So, shortly after it opened, Oakenfold was headlining there. Me and my friend paid full price, got in, and were like, woot. But, we never saw Oakenfold that night, because we never found the Sky room where he was playing. We walked around for a while, most likely drunk and that didn't help either - asking people where the f he was gonna play - it got to around 1-2am and we are like wtf. So we kept asking and someone told us that he did not show up. So, we terribly left, it was a total hogwash. It was not until some months later that I found out how exactly to get to the main room. I wish I could remember which event it was, but yeah we got owned on that Oakenfold night. Thx 4 reading. |

Same thing would have happened to me there when I first went, except since PvD was being piped throughout the whole building and on monitors in the dome room, I knew he had to be somewhere in the building and it became a fun maze trying to find him.
Umm as far as the sky lounge vs. sky room thing, I guess my 2nd text message about that didn't go through so that would be Joan Cusack's fault on why there was a mispost on TA. The lounge is gonna rock, especially since a lot of people who become lost in Vision will finally cross over and think we're Mike Khoury, at least until they lookk around some more :toothless |
