If that advice would be applicable to anyone, Rob - it would certainly have to be you.
More than enough times you started talking to to someone here and had to end up swallowing your words. For your own sake, I would highly recommend some discretion. Trust me, it will serve you much better in life and in the long run.
This isn't some of threat or insult, just some friendly advice from a guy who has burned some bridges before and had to go back to rebuild them. |
I'll always listen to you preach to me
Definitely worth a quality laugh from time to time. |

interesting mix. after the main vocal from 40,000 years ends, all the energy that you just built up is just dropped. i dont know if this is just because b/c youre trying to bash the 'top 10 beatport djs', but try to build it up. around 29 min with 'dasp' it develops nicely, you might want to try using this as a segway from higher energy to lower, because it can easily be swayed into either.
didnt finish listening, i think the DL was f*cked up, but a fun mix for 30 minutes.
as for the 'top 10 list bitches,' i like your statement. i definitely dont understand why some are top 10 tracks, and the fact that they are simply makes them sell more copies. ah such a shame.
cheers to the archaeologists digging up the good 45s (or digital downloads in this case).

because the mixes i have put up for download here are not promos. :p
and i've actually seen tons of promos out there that are named in that fashion. a promo is doing just that... it's being used to promote. DJs shouldn't get booked based on a funny mix name or by showing how clever they are with words. |
i've said it before but i always thought that having crazy names for your mix was a little cliche. then again i also see how an interesting name can help get attention to your mix... :conf: |
